The Cancer Discovery Hub (CDH)

CDH is housed at the molecular diagnostic core within the National Cancer Centre Singapore. We offer a wide range of state-of-the-art, research-grade assays trusted by clinician-researchers and scientists, including single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and multi-omic profiling. Our services have been successfully employed by clients and collaborators internationally including those from Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan and South Korea.

We are a dynamic team of clinicians and scientists, and are well-poised to provide integrated clinical and technical input to support all cancer related projects.
